Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end rice mill production operations

• Ensure export-quality standards for Basmati & Non-Basmati rice

• Control and optimize:

• Paddy intake & quality

• Drying & moisture levels

• De-husking, polishing & whitening

• Sortex calibration

• Broken percentage & yield optimization

• Develop and implement SOPs for all production stages
