We are looking for a Delivery Rider who is responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of food orders from Kitchenette Bistro & Caf to customers. The rider represents the restaurant professionally and ensures excellent customer service during every delivery. Requirements Collect food orders from the restaurant promptly Ensure correct order verification before dispatch Deliver orders to customers within the agreed timeframe Maintain cleanliness and safety of the motorcycle Follow traffic laws and safety regulations Communicate effectively with kitchen and front desk staff Report delivery issues, delays, or customer concerns immediately Benefits Valid motorcycle riding license Minimum KCSE certificate (preferred) Honest, punctual, and responsible Good customer service and communication skills
