Job Description

• Assist with rider recruitment, onboarding, and training
• Help create and optimize delivery schedules and routes
• Support tracking of rider performance, safety, and compliance
• Learn to manage rider equipment and inventory
• Prepare basic operational reports and present findings

Qualifications

• Graduate of any business and computer related course
• At least 2 yrs working experience
• Knowledgeable to MS Word/Excel/PPT
• Output oriented
• Can work under minimal supervision and under pressure
• With OWN motorcycle with updated registration
• With at least Non Pro/ PRO Drivers license
