Rigging Foreman / Chargehand - Qatar

We are looking for experienced Rigging Foreman / Chargehand to supervise and execute rigging activities for Oil & Gas projects. The candidate must have strong experience in lifting operations, manpower supervision, and site safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily rigging and lifting operations at site

• Plan and execute lifting activities as per approved lifting plans

• Ensure safe use of cranes, lifting tools, and rigging equipment

• Coordinate with crane operators, supervisors, and site engineers

• Inspect rigging tools and ensure proper certification

• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure strict HSE compliance

• Allocate manpower and monitor productivity

• Ensure lifting activities are performed as per project safety standards

• Report site progress and coordinate with management
