Right of Way Practice Leader

**Overview**

Kimley-Horn is seeking a Senior Right of Way Practice Leader with 10+ years of experience to join one of our Northern, Virginia offices!

**Responsibilities**

+ Manage, lead, and expand practice teams for ROW in and around Virginia
+ Assist in negotiations and acquisition of property and easements needed for both public and private projects
+ Leadership responsibilities include:
+ Operating with integrity and sound business principals
+ Providing vision, business planning and strategy
+ Establishing goals
+ Building and maintaining positive client relationships
+ Having open communication with your partners and team
+ Growing and leading a ROW practice
