Job Summary

The Right-of-Way (ROW) Specialist is responsible for securing land rights and access required for the development, construction, and operation of solar energy projects. This role ensures timely acquisition of land use agreements, permits, and government approvals while maintaining strong relationships with landowners, local communities, and government agencies.

The position plays a critical role in mitigating land-related risks and ensuring compliance with Philippine laws and regulatory requirements.
