MacKay Contracting is looking for a reliable and safety-focused Haul Truck Operator / Shuttle Bus Driver to support our civil and mining operations. This role is primarily responsible for operating haul trucks, while also supporting the team as a shuttle bus driver and spare operator as operational needs require.

This position is ideal for someone who is versatile, team-oriented, and comfortable stepping into different roles to keep projects moving safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Shuttle Bus Driver

• Safely transport employees to and from site or designated locations as required
• Ensure passengers follow safety requirements (seatbelts, PPE, site rules)
• Maintain cleanliness and complete daily inspections of the shuttle bus
