We're looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy, and confident communicator to act as a Virtual Assistant and Demo Specialist for Ringo PBX. This role is central to sales demos, customer communication, support coordination, and project management for new features.
You will work directly with the founder and internal teams to keep everything moving smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle email communication with leads, customers, and internal teams
- Conduct product demos via video calls
- Coordinate onboarding for new customers
- Act as the main point of contact for customer support and follow-ups
