Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Economy, Finance, Banking or Risk Management with similar equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 6 years of experience.
• Lead the identification, assessment, and mitigation of operational risks across business units, designing and implementing robust control plans to minimize exposure.
• Identification and assessment of risks and controls.
• Analyze internal operational and financial incidents, collaborating closely with Finance teams to perform root-cause analysis and execute remediation plans that prevent recurrence.
