Job Purpose
The Risk & Compliance Specialist will lead the implementation, integration and optimisation of AirChefs' Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and compliance frameworks. You will play a strategic role in ensuring that the company operates in line with legislative, regulatory and internal governance requirements—supporting long-term sustainability, operational excellence, and stakeholder confidence. This role requires a seasoned professional able to partner with business leaders, analyse trends, influence decisions, and provide insight-driven recommendations that enhance organisational resilience.
Principal Accountabilities
