About the Role
The Risk & Compliance Specialist is responsible for administration of the risk and compliance framework of AIAIM PH.Assist the Risk and Compliance Principal in the formulation of control and monitoring procedures
Implement monitoring procedures
Proactively supports first-line adherence through timely preparation and dissemination of monitoring reports, reminders on action items
Prepare regulatory and other risk and compliance reports
Assist the Risk and Compliance Principal in disseminating new regulations
Assist the Risk and Compliance Principal in formulating guidance for compliance procedures thereto
Timely submission of reports
Performs other tasks assigned by the Risk and Compliance Principal
