Risk and Governance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Governance Project Manager on a 5 months contract to lead the design, coordination, and implementation of a governance structure for the client’s Singapore office, focusing on private equity investment oversight. This role will work closely with Limited Partners (LPs) and cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal/Compliance, Operations) to implement a Performance Review Framework to evaluate portfolio investments (impairment, write-off, or exit decisions).

Key Responsibilities

1. Governance Framework Design & Implementation

• Review the client’s existing governance model, using the current framework as baseline.
• Develop and customise the governance structure for Singapore to align with investment oversight needs.
• Define committee structures, approval workflows, escalation processes, and decision authorities.
• Establish and document governance standards, SOPs, scorecards, and templates.
