Risk and Compliance Consultant

Role Summary

The Risk and Compliance Consultant will support clients—particularly in financial institutions and fintech companies—in establishing, enhancing, and assessing risk management and regulatory compliance frameworks. The role focuses on BSP regulatory compliance, risk and compliance assessments, and the development of practical policies, frameworks, and manuals aligned with Philippine regulations and global best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Risk & Compliance Advisory

• Provide advisory support on Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) regulatory requirements, including applicable circulars, memoranda, and supervisory expectations.
• Assist in the design, review, and enhancement of risk management frameworks, compliance frameworks, and governance structures.
• Prepare and customize risk management policies, compliance policies, manuals, and regulatory templates suitable for client operations.
