Primary Details: Time Type: Full time, Worker Type: Employee. This Auckland based, permanent role is full‑time and hybrid, focused on shaping risk and compliance from the front line in a strategic, relationship‑led role with the First Line Risk & Compliance Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Unit leaders to embed compliant, risk‑informed decision‑making into strategy, initiatives and projects, while providing practical advice on governance, policy and risk matters.
• Support leaders and teams to understand their responsibilities, build capability and strengthen risk culture through training, engagement and relationship‑led partnering.
• Lead the development and continuous improvement of Risk Control Self‑Assessments and support the effective operation of the risk strategy and framework.
