The Compliance Manager supports the organisation to understand, interpret, and embed compliance obligations in a practical and effective way. The role provides trusted compliance advice, helping to ensure requirements are translated into clear actions, proportionate controls, and consistent business practices. This role contributes to the ongoing development of the compliance framework, supports effective risk management, and helps strengthen risk culture across the organisation. It takes a connected, enterprise‑wide view of compliance obligations and activity across the business, identifying opportunities to simplify, improve, and create efficiencies in how compliance is managed, monitored, and reported. The role also leverages technology, data, and AI‑enabled tools to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of compliance processes and insights.
