About the role

We’re looking for a manager to support building and embedding a contemporary Line 1 risk governance, reporting and insights function within our Business Risk Management team. You’ll support the establishment of the strategy, be part of a high‑performing team, and partner with senior leaders across the enterprise to uplift risk maturity and drive consistent practices aligned to ART’s Risk Management Framework.

Day to day, you'll:

  • Support the Risk Governance team’s strategy and operating model;
  • Ensure effective risk forums and rhythms are in place across the enterprise; coordinate Line 1 risk reporting for executive and board forums; identify enterprise‑wide insights and priorities.
  • Lead the annual Trustee Risk Management Declaration and support risk appetite metric assessment and reporting.
