Risk Manager

Purolator is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Risk Manager to manage the enterprise‑wide risk management program and support in proactively identifying, assessing, and managing risks across our operations.

This is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract position supporting a parental leave.

Responsibilities

• Manage the ERM framework and promote an interconnected risk culture
• Lead the annual ERM workshops to identify and ensure top risks and mitigation strategies are tracked and reported
• Perform and support operations with ad‑hoc risk assessments and provide advice on risk mitigation strategies
• Monitor and report on relevant risks and emerging trends
• Develop and consistently evaluate Purolator risk appetite framework to ensure timely and informed decision making
