RESPONSIBILITIES
Implements Enterprise Risk Management programs, performs top-down & bottom-up Risk assessments to identify and analyze Top Enterprise Risks
Consolidates Top Enterprise Risk information and prepares presentation materials for discussions with Senior Management and Board Risk Oversight Committee
Assists risk owners in the identification and analysis of business risk information
Performs deep-dive analysis with risk owners on operating data sets used for reporting on key risk indicators
Discusses with risk owners the action plans to manage identified risks and make a preliminary assessment of the effectiveness of risk treatment proposed
Validates and collects updates from risk owners on the status of risk management action items
Conducts re-assessment of Top Enterprise Risks with Manila Water Company Leaders to analyze effectiveness of implemented mitigating actions
