Risk Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implements Enterprise Risk Management programs, performs top-down & bottom-up Risk assessments to identify and analyze Top Enterprise Risks
• Consolidates Top Enterprise Risk information and prepares presentation materials for discussions with Senior Management and Board Risk Oversight Committee
• Assists risk owners in the identification and analysis of business risk information
• Performs deep-dive analysis with risk owners on operating data sets used for reporting on key risk indicators
• Discusses with risk owners the action plans to manage identified risks and make a preliminary assessment of the effectiveness of risk treatment proposed
• Validates and collects updates from risk owners on the status of risk management action items
• Conducts re-assessment of Top Enterprise Risks with Manila Water Company Leaders to analyze effectiveness of implemented mitigating actions
