JOB DESCRIPTION :
• Monitor transactions and user activities on and off the platform to detect suspicious
behaviour and potential fraud.
• Conduct on-chain analysis to trace cryptocurrency flows and identify fraudulent or high-
risk patterns.
• Review customer transactions for risks such as account takeover, social engineering,
friendly fraud, and identity theft.
• Investigate chargebacks and fraud claims, analyse loss trends, and recommend
preventive measures.
• Analyse trading and behavioural patterns, including blockchain data, to strengthen fraud
detection strategies.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on fraudulent activities, risk exposure, and
preventive actions to senior management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve investigative processes
and minimize company risk.
• Contact customers via phone or email to verify transactions, account details, and
