The Ecosystem and Governance Team focuses on content ecosystem governance of TikTok LIVE business. As the middle platform of TikTok LIVE, we are devoted to providing solutions and building capacities for ecosystem issues from a holistic perspective. - Develop and continuously improve risk management and governance frameworks across monetization and LIVE ecosystem environments.
- Identify structural vulnerabilities, gray-area behaviors, and control gaps, and drive mitigation strategies across operational and governance layers.
- Surface emerging policy gaps and ambiguous enforcement areas through operational insights, risk trends, and ecosystem intelligence.
