Role Overview

The Risk & Payout Specialist is responsible for reviewing player activity, managing redemption requests, detecting fraud or abuse, and ensuring all payouts are processed accurately and in accordance with sweepstakes laws and internal policies. This role works closely with Customer Support, Compliance, Payments, and Engineering teams to safeguard both players and the business.

Key Responsibilities

Payout & Redemption Management

• Review and process player redemption requests for accuracy and eligibility
• Verify player identity, age, and location in compliance with KYC and sweepstakes requirements
• Ensure redemptions align with promotion terms, virtual currency rules, and platform policies
