Risk & Security - Content Governance, Senior Manager

Job Description:

• Responsible for content security and ecosystem-related issue governance on the Alibaba International E-commerce platform;
• Identify problems and define risk detection features by integrating regulatory requirements, public sentiment trends, data insights, and case analysis; establish clear governance objectives, design appropriate data metrics and effective strategies, and take ownership of achieving governance goals;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, product, and algorithm teams to support the development and enhancement of governance systems, and drive the implementation of key governance strategies to effectively address identified issues;
• Leverage historical data to conduct in-depth analysis and mining, and build a comprehensive, three-dimensional strategy framework covering pre-risk prevention, real-time monitoring, and post-incident response, enabling effective control and mitigation of risks.
