Job Description

                    Riverbed NPM Including (AppResponse , Netprofiler, NetIM, Portal)  Provide centralized remote monitoring service from vendor NOC 
Perform continuous monitoring of Riverbed alerts and dashboards 
Validate alerts, create incidents, and perform L1 triage 
Escalate incidents based on defined SOPs 
Provide continuous tuning and optimization aligned with OEM services 
Deliver reporting, trend analysis, and recommendations
