Position Summary The Production Lead is responsible for leading a team of 4-8 coworkers while safely and efficiently carrying out the duties of the Production II; dumping raw product onto the production line, stacking pallets of finished cases, working according to food safety, HACCP, Preventative Controls and customer requirements, preparing batter mixtures and maintaining finished product quality.
