1. Operational Activities

• Ensures effective utilization of warehouse areas and observes proper loading, unloading, stocking, and safekeeping of items to maintain the quality of raw materials and packaging materials to prevent damage and accident.
• Effectively monitors flows of goods and implements First-In-First-Out (FIFO) method.
• Ensures accuracy of good inventories against system records by conducting physical count every quarter.
• Prepares materials for delivery to toll manufacturers, clients, outlets, and other departments.
• Records actual count of stocks receive/picked on excel file/record book
• Responsible for retrieving/transferring of raw materials from production area
• Assists the production planner and production department in the performance of his duties
• Assists the production planner in checking the materials to be delivered
• Assists in loading items for delivery in the delivery van
