About the Role:

The Relationship Manager will drive direct sourcing of Mortgage business by acquiring Home Loan and LAP customers through open market activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source Home Loan and LAP cases through direct acquisition
• Conduct field sales, cold calls, and customer meetings
• Build a strong pipeline and convert leads into disbursements
• Coordinate with internal teams for processing and approvals
• Ensure adherence to documentation and compliance norms
• Maintain customer relationships post-disbursement
