RMA Coordinator

The RMA Staff is responsible for performing product diagnosis, repairs and service to include: diagnose problems, including problem identification, research of problem, isolation of issue, and completion of resolution.

Job Description:

• Responsible for checking and monitoring all the defective and replacement units received, including the spare parts and spare units provided by principal and ensure that everything is documented in our NetSuite System
• Responsible for coordinating with the Principal for the RMA approval, packing & shipment of the defective units and receiving of the repaired/ replacement units.
• Coordinates with the Technical Engineers regarding the testing and escalation of the defective units & testing of the repaired/ replacement units
• Coordinates with Sales Team and Product Managers if needed to come up with a better work around for the RMA processes
