The Position

• Lead and develop the RMA (medical field) team, ensuring scientific leadership in cardiometabolic and related specialties.
• Recruit, coach, and manage the performance of RMAs, fostering a high‑performing and accountable team.
• Define and implement the RMA medical communication strategy aligned with Novo Nordisk priorities to influence clinical practice.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with medical and commercial teams to execute corporate and brand medical strategies.
• Monitor and guide RMA activities using IO-Engage to track KPIs, field insights, and ensure impactful HCP engagement.

Qualifications

• Medical Doctor with specialty or clinical experience in cardiometabolic or related areas.
