RMA Technical Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Process, categorize root cause analysis every time there is RMA request.
• Regulate the cause of the problem and shorten the process by providing the right technical support assessment.
• Provide reports subject for preventive maintenance, items under warranty and out of warranty.
• Coordinate to different Business Development, Project Manager regarding to their handle account for proper costing of Preventive Maintenance.
• Submit reports of status of Preventive Maintenance.
• Submit recommendation of accounts due to preventive maintenance.
• Communicate status and schedule to customers and Sales.
• Code repair and replacement requests and forward when other departments must fulfill.
• Enter data, analyze data, and identify trends in repair and replacement requests
