Job Description
The RMA Technician is responsible for handling returned units from multiple brands, ensuring proper inspection, testing, documentation and disposition in accordance with company policies and audit requirements. The role support efficient RMA operations by maintaining accuracy, quality and turnaround time.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive, inspect and validate returned units from multiple brands.
Perform functional testing, diagnosis and basic troubleshooting of defective units.
Process RMA cases including logging, documentation, serial verification and status updates.
Determine proper disposition of units (repair, replacement, return to vendor, or destruction) based on established guidelines.
Provide technical support to stores by answering product-related technical inquiries.
Assist stores in clarifying basic troubleshooting, unit validation, and RMA eligibility.
