Key Responsibilities



Manage and strengthen relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSA) to generate business for Mortgage / HL / LAP products.


Achieve monthly disbursement and sourcing targets through DSAs.


Conduct regular visits to DSAs to ensure active engagement and lead flow.


Evaluate customer profiles, coordinate with credit teams, and ensure smooth loan processing.
