Foundation Rehab is a multidisciplinary rehab clinic that offers physical therapy, massage therapy, and evidence based chiropractic care located in beautiful Campbell River. Our staff have recently won awards for their amazing service in Campbell River and we want to expand our offerings to the community. We are very lucky to have an amazing and supportive community with a gorgeous sqft space including a huge open gym as well as a Sqft private gym space. Using an evidence based approach, we focus on providing active rehab that focuses on education, strength, and pain relief.
