Position: RN Cardiothoracic (Theatre)

Large Private hospital is seeking an experienced Professional Nurse to deliver holistic, person‑centred care and coordinate patient management within their Cardiothoracic Theatre within a multi‑disciplinary team.

The role includes advanced clinical practice, emergency response, quality assurance, staff support and effective communication across the unit.

Key Focus Areas Provide specialised nursing care, assess patient needs and implement individualised care plans. Support clinical teams, ensure accurate documentation and maintain safe, high‑quality care standards. Participate in training, mentoring and policy adherence. Allocate resources effectively and contribute to continuous professional development. Engage positively with stakeholders and support digital clinical systems.
