Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager – Home Health | See the Progress, Not Just the Shift
Company: Home Health Care, Inc.
Location: Greater Twin Cities Metro Area (21-county service area)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 1 weekend per month, 1 on-call shift per week
Compensation: $85,000 – $130,000 annually plus $6,000 in first-year bonuses
