**Shift:** 3x12 hour shifts | 7 pm - 7 am | Rotating Weekend Schedule

**Department:** The Clinical Decision-Making Unit is a seven-bed observation unit designed to provide focused, short-term care for emergency department patients requiring additional evaluation, monitoring, or treatment. Staffed by the emergency department team, the unit supports efficient patient throughout, timely clinical decision-making, and appropriate disposition while maintaining continuity of care.
