RN Flu Employee Health Services PRN CHE South

***Working 1-3 days a week- Monday to Friday- 8 hour shifts


*This position will be assisting with Immunizations Casual/PRN status. This role will be primarily to support our annual flu season at locations of Corewell Health East in the SOUTH region





Scope of Work

Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, provides numerous health services to employees. These services include assessment, triaging, counseling, evaluation, case management and documentation.

+ Provides pre-placement health assessments within ADA guidelines making determinations about immunization status and identifying whether or not work accommodations are needed. Follows up on completion of all pre-employment requirements for each new employee.
