About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic registered nurse (0.7 FTE) to join the leadership team as Associate Charge Nurse Manager in Ward 7 North (General Surgery, Vascular, ENT and Ophthalmology).

We are looking for someone who has proven ability to provide leadership at a ward level including demonstrated ability to coordinate shifts and mentor less experienced nurses to ensure high standards of clinical care.

About the Team/Service/Location

As Associate Charge Nurse Manager, you will provide support to the Charge Nurse Manager by extending the presence of clinical leadership and be responsible for delivering safe outcomes for all nursing services within 7 North across morning, evening and weekend shifts.
