Skilled Home Health Registered Nurse

We are seeking a Skilled Home Health Registered Nurse to provide patient care in a home environment. This role requires experience in home health care, including OASIS training, IV skills, and wound care management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Perform wound care and management for various conditions.
• Provide post-operative care and manage chronic health conditions such as heart failure and COPD.
• Utilize medical equipment and perform specific procedures, including venipuncture and Picc line care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation per OASIS standards.
• Self-schedule visits in alignment with the needs of the HomeCare office.
