Position Summary

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: supervision and coordination of the operation activities of nursing personnel hospital-wide, basing decision‑making on budgetary parameters, taking into account the budget, hospital census and patient acuity. Will have broader responsibilities on PMs, night shift, and weekends, extending to all hospital employees, as the Hospital Supervisor represents administration in their absence. Must be able to perform jobs in all patient care and operational areas subject to reasonable accommodations. Must participate in the Respiratory Protection Program, which may include wearing a respirator. This is a non‑union position.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or allied health field.
• Master’s Degree in related clinical field, MBA, MHA, or MPh preferred.
• Active participation in professional organization preferred.
