Registered Nurse– Clinic

Location: Munster, St John, Crown Point, Valparaiso, Schererville

Job Summary:

• One 12-hour shift/month as long as we have a need
• Expected to do a weekend shift if needed
• Must be willing to float to all 5 Immediate Care clinics.

Under the clinical direction of the Provider, performs patient care services, diagnostic procedures, etc. Assists the Provider with patient visits and procedures in the medical office or clinic setting. In addition, may be required to perform front desk duties, which may include telephone work, patient scheduling, etc. If applicable, phlebotomy responsibilities including the collection and processing of specimens such as blood, urine, pap smears, cultures, etc.

Education/ Experience Requirements:

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required
• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program required
