7CD is a hybrid unit - half of it is a 'normal' med surg and the other is locked and surveilled for applicable patient admission
Many safe guards, lots of training, charge nurses have a strong passion.
Med surg unit but has flexibility to work both medical and mental health.
Close-knit team.
