**Description**



**RN Manager - Emergency Services at Providence Medford Medical Center is 1.0 FTE full time position working during weekdays and weekends on a day shift.**



**This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus of $10,000. Eligible external hires must meet the required qualifications and conditions for payment.**



The Director of Emergency Services, Clinical Decision Unit and Trauma provides leadership to these departments, as well as direction and guidance in planning, program development, quality management, re-design and re-organization, team development and operational efficiencies. The Director participates as a member of the Leadership Council, promotes collaboration with other hospital departments, and reflects the Providence Health System philosophy and mission.
