We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to:
Provide strategic and operational leadership for a 24-bed general care pediatric unit, directing planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care programs for patients from newborn through adolescence.
Lead and coordinate clinical operations and patient/family-centered care services, ensuring high-quality, safe, and evidence-based pediatric care.
Drive change management initiatives by leading teams through clinical, operational, and organizational transitions while maintaining staff engagement and care quality.
