3SE is committed to providing high quality patient and family centered care for a patient population consisting of individuals undergoing total joint replacement, spine surgeries, those suffering fractured hips, other orthopedic injuries and select medical patients.
“We treat patients with genuine love and compassionate care and work together as a family! We are a 23-bed unit that specializes in treating patients who have had total joint replacements, spinal surgeries, or trauma.” (3SE Unit Practice Council, 2018)
“We have amazing teamwork, and we are always willing to help each other.” (Staff RN, 2018)
“It is rewarding to be a part of the care that improves our patient’s quality of life after their joint replacement surgery.” (Staff RN, 2019)
“We have a sense of comradery on our unit.” (3SE RN, 2019)
“Our manager encourages innovative ideas and offers us autonomy!” (3SE RN, 2019)
