Concord Hospital - Franklin 2 South, is located in a 25-bed critical access facility that cares for the people of Franklin and the surrounding areas. 2 South manages a variety of medical conditions (not limited to CHF/ COPD exacerbations, cellulitis, seizures, pancreatitis, and sepsis) by a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, doctors and therapists. Our 14 bed inpatient medical unit has been expanding, offering short-term subacute skilled care and rehabilitation services! Our skilled and restorative care program provides a full range of services: physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, respiratory therapy and recreational therapy. We see a variety of patient recovering from orthopedic surgery, medical events and other conditions requiring intensive therapy.
