RN Ortho Trauma PCU

Baylor Scott & White Health Medical Center is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse to join our Ortho Trauma Progressive Care Unit (5 South). Baylor Scott & White Memorial Hospital is a 636-bed specialty care teaching hospital and the only Level 1 Trauma Center between Dallas and Austin.

**Schedule:** Full Time - Days - 36 hours per week

**Unit Summary**

This is a 35-bed monitored nursing unit that provides the opportunity to work with a wide variety of patients ranging from adults to Geriatrics. The conditions that are within the scope of service include the following but are not limited to:

+ Post ICU trauma patients (serious traumatic injury to 2 or more body systems)
+ Complex Plastic reconstructive surgeries (including reconstructive flaps and graft sites, post cancer reconstruction, and trauma related reconstruction)
