**SUMMARY OF POSITION:**

Responsible for supporting the Penn State Health Patient Logistics department in the day to day operations of the health system hospital transfer center and Hershey Medical Center patient placement functions, ensuring exceptional customer service and quality care. Also responsible for supporting the Transfer Center Liaison and Patient Placement Coordinator roles to ensure adequate staffing and call acceptance at all times.
