RN Position at Covenant Health - Nursing

Become a Registered Nurse at Covenant Health, engaging with patients and ensuring high standards of care. Your role will be integral in patient education and discharge planning.

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will perform nursing assessments and develop care plans aligned with patient needs. You will act as an advocate, coordinating with the healthcare team to deliver excellent care and support. In addition, you'll be responsible for administering medications, evaluating treatments, and participating in discharge planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct nursing assessments and implement treatments
• Monitor and document patient responses effectively
• Facilitate education for patients and families
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on care plans
• Serve as charge nurse when needed

Requirements:
• Completion of a recognized Registered Nurse program
• Active CRNA registration necessary
