RN Registered Nurse Home Health 12hr shifts

Job Summary Home Care Now is seeking a compassionate and clinically strong Home Health RN to provide one-on-one care in someones home. This role is ideal for a nurse who values autonomy, patient relationships, and the ability to deliver skilled care in a home-based setting rather than a facility environment. What You’ll Do  * Assess patient condition, vital signs, and response to treatment * Administer medications and perform wound care as ordered * Educate patients and families on care plans and home health best practices * Coordinate with physicians, family members, and the broader care team * Complete accurate, timely documentation for each visit   What We’re Looking For *  Active RN license in the state of employment * Current CPR or BLS certification * Level 2 Background  * Vent, teach gtube experience  * Strong assessment and communication skills * Ability to work independently in a home-based care setting * 1 year Home health experience preferred   Schedule and Pay  * Part-time,...
